Living in North Metro
The north metro connects Denver and Boulder. Broomfield became its own city and county in 2001 and includes Anthem, one of the region's best-known master-planned communities, and Anthem Ranch, a 55-plus neighborhood where Jaime listed and sold a home in 2025.
Westminster, Thornton, Erie and Brighton offer a range of established and newer neighborhoods, with commuter options along US-36 and the B and N rail lines.

Getting around
About 20 to 35 minutes to downtown Denver and 20 to 30 minutes to Boulder, depending on location.

Standley Lake, Broomfield's open-space trail network, and quick access to Boulder's trailheads.
